15th China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition 2026 China-ASEAN Specialized Event Registration Instructions

一、在中国大陆境内注册企业主体

I. Enterprises Registered in Mainland China

2026年8月15日至10月15日，自评符合参赛条件的企业，通过登录中国创新创业大赛官网（www.cxcyds.com），点击“2026中国—东盟专业赛”统一注册报名，按照相应目录进行填报，并填写提交《附件1：企业参赛信用承诺书》及《附件2：中国与东盟合作项目属性关联声明》。

From August 15 to October 15, 2026, enterprises that self-assess as eligible for the competition shall log in to the official website of the China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition (www.cxcyds.com), click on "2026 China-ASEAN Professional Event" to complete unified registration, fill out the application form as instructed in the relevant sections, and submit Annex 1: Enterprise Credit Commitment Letter for Participation and Annex 2: Declaration of China–ASEAN Cooperation Project Affiliation.

二、未在中国大陆境内注册的企业、未注册企业主体的团队

Ⅱ. Enterprises Not Registered in Mainland China and Teams Without Registered Enterprise Entities

2026年8月15日至10月15日需将完整报名材料以邮件形式发送至赛事组委会指定邮箱：dongmeng_cxcyds@163.com，邮件主题命名为“2026中国—东盟专业赛项目报名—参赛项目名称—联系人姓名”。报名渠道为赛事组委会指定邮箱，其他报名渠道均无效。报名材料包括但不限于：报名表、项目负责人承诺书及相关证明材料

From August 15 to October 15, 2026, complete registration materials shall be sent by email to the designated email address of the Competition Organizing Committee: dongmeng_cxcyds@163.com. The email subject shall be named "2026 China-ASEAN Professional Competition Project Registration - Project Name - Contact Person Name". The registration channel is the designated email address of the Competition Organizing Committee; all other registration channels are invalid. Registration materials include but are not limited to: information form, project leader commitment letter, and relevant supporting materials.

1.未注册企业主体的中国团队需填写提交《附件3：报名表（中国团队组）》及《附件4：项目负责人诚信承诺书（中文）》。

1. Chinese teams without registered enterprise entities shall complete and submit Annex 3: Information Form (China Team Group) and Annex 4: Project Leader Integrity Commitment Letter (Chinese).

2.未注册企业主体的东盟国家团队需填写提交《附件5：项目负责人诚信承诺书》及《附件6：报名表（东盟团队组）》。

2. ASEAN teams without registered enterprise entities shall complete and submit Annex 5: Project Leader Integrity Commitment Letter and Annex 6: Information Form (ASEAN Team Group).

3.未在中国大陆境内注册的企业需填写提交《附件7：报名表（东盟企业组）》。

3. Enterprises not registered in Mainland China shall complete and submit Annex 7: Information Form (ASEAN Enterprise Group).

未注册企业主体的东盟国家团队，以及未在中国大陆境内注册的企业，鼓励提交中英文双语报名材料。如仅提交英文材料，即视为同意组委会对相关内容进行翻译处理，翻译结果将作为评审依据。

ASEAN teams without registered enterprise entities, as well as enterprises not registered in Mainland China, are encouraged to submit bilingual application materials in both Chinese and English. Submission of materials in English only shall be deemed as consent to translation by the Organizing Committee, and the resulting translation shall serve as the basis for evaluation.
