一、奖项设置

I. Award Structure

1. 企业组：新一代信息技术与人工智能、食药健康、新材料与新能源三个赛道分别决出一、二、三等奖各1名，优秀奖各2名，共15个获奖项目。

1. Enterprise Group： In each of the three tracks — New－Generation Information Technology ＆ Artificial Intelligence； Food， Pharmaceutical ＆ Health； and New Materials ＆ New Energy — one first prize， one second prize， one third prize， and two Excellence Awards will be awarded， for a total of fifteen （15） winning projects。

2. 团队组：不分赛道，决出一、二、三等奖各1名，优秀奖2名，共5个获奖项目。

2. Team Group： Without track divisions， one first prize， one second prize， one third prize， and two Excellence Awards will be awarded， for a total of five （5） winning projects。

3. 所有奖项现场颁奖，获奖名单经工信部火炬中心确认后在大赛官方网站公布。

3. All awards will be presented on site. The list of winners will be published on the competition’s official website after confirmation by the Torch Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology （MIIT）。

二、食宿补助

II. Accommodation and Meal Subsidies

通过评选并赴现场参加决赛的项目，给予每个项目2名成员在指定酒店3天的免费食宿。往返交通费用原则上由参赛单位自行承担；如另有统一安排，以赛事组委会通知为准。

For projects selected to attend the on－site finals， free accommodation and meals will be provided for two （2） members of each project at a designated hotel for three （3） days. In principle， round－trip transportation costs shall be borne by the participating entity itself； if separate unified arrangements are made， the notice of the Organizing Committee shall prevail。

三、服务与政策支持

III. Services and Policy Support

（一）通过中国创新创业大赛官网，对大赛获奖企业、团队和项目进行宣传展示。通过自治区、南宁市主流媒体，对优秀项目开展专题宣传，提升企业品牌影响力和市场知名度。

1. Winning enterprises， teams， and projects will be showcased through the official website of the China Innovation ＆ Entrepreneurship Competition. Outstanding projects will receive featured publicity through the mainstream media of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and Nanning City， enhancing corporate brand influence and market visibility。

（二）决赛获奖项目将优先推荐给赛事合作创投机构及创新创业孵化载体。

2. Award－winning projects in the finals will be recommended on a priority basis to the competition’s partner venture capital institutions and innovation ＆ entrepreneurship incubation platforms。

（三）鼓励符合条件的参赛企业申报或参评科技和创新型中小企业、高新技术企业、瞪羚企业、专精特新中小企业、专精特新“小巨人”企业、制造业单项冠军企业等。

3. Eligible participating enterprises are encouraged to apply for or compete for recognition as technology－based and innovative SMEs， high－tech enterprises， gazelle enterprises， “specialized， refined， distinctive， and innovative” （SRDI） SMEs， SRDI “Little Giant” enterprises， or manufacturing single－champion enterprises。

（四）晋级决赛的项目落地南宁并在南宁市注册成立具有独立法人资格的企业，进行项目产业化、与南宁市企业合作将项目落地产业化，或项目具备产业化条件后，可申请享受广西壮族自治区、南宁市的相关政策。对符合条件的项目，优先推荐纳入南宁市科技成果转化基金、产业投资基金项目储备库。

4. Finalist projects that establish a presence in Nanning by registering an enterprise with independent legal－person status in Nanning to industrialize the project， that partner with Nanning－based enterprises to industrialize the project locally， or whose projects become ready for industrialization， may apply for the relevant support policies of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and Nanning City. Qualified projects will be recommended on a priority basis for inclusion in the project reserve pools of the Nanning Science and Technology Achievement Transformation Fund and industrial investment funds。

（五）鼓励南宁高新区内创业服务机构、科技企业孵化器等创新载体平台，为参赛落地企业和项目提供数字化转型升级、科技人才金融支持、科技成果转化赋能等全方位服务。

5. Entrepreneurship service organizations， technology business incubators， and other innovation platform carriers within the Nanning High－Tech Industrial Development Zone are encouraged to provide comprehensive services for participating enterprises and projects establishing a local presence， including digital transformation and upgrading， technology talent and financial support， and empowerment of the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements。

（六）组织进入决赛的企业代表召开项目落地对接会，实地考察南宁高新区投资经营生产环境，并获得落地全程“一对一”服务，包括协助办公场地选址、工商注册登记、银行开户、税务登记、纳税申报、产业对接、创新创业指导等。

6. Representatives of enterprises advancing to the finals will be invited to project implementation matchmaking meetings and on－site visits to examine the investment， business， and production environment of the Nanning High－Tech Industrial Development Zone. They will receive dedicated one－on－one services throughout the implementation process， including assistance with office site selection， business registration， bank account opening， tax registration and filing， industrial matchmaking， and innovation and entrepreneurship guidance。

（七）为获奖项目搭建赴东盟国家开展经济与人文交流互访的渠道，组织开展多国籍、特色化的“中国—东盟行”活动（相关活动所产生的交通、食宿等费用由参会方自理）。

7. Channels will be established for winning projects to conduct economic and cultural exchanges and mutual visits to ASEAN countries， and multinational， distinctive “China–ASEAN Tour” activities will be organized （transportation， accommodation， meal， and other costs arising from such activities shall be borne by the participants themselves）。

（八）获奖项目推荐纳入中国—东盟技术转移中心重点项目库，匹配东盟国家（或中国境内）合作伙伴资源，为优秀项目提供东盟市场信息咨询、合作伙伴匹配、跨境技术转移、国际知识产权布局等服务。

8. Winning projects will be recommended for inclusion in the key project database of the China–ASEAN Technology Transfer Center and matched with partner resources in ASEAN countries （or within China）. Outstanding projects will be provided with services such as ASEAN market information consulting， partner matching， cross－border technology transfer， and international IP portfolio planning。

（九）获奖项目落地在南宁高新区的，核心成员优先推荐申报自治区、南宁市高层次人才认定及相关人才计划，按规定享受人才补贴、住房保障、创新创业支持等政策。可优先申请入住南宁高新区人才公寓；子女可优先安排在南宁高新区公办中小学、幼儿园入学。

9. For winning projects established in the Nanning High－Tech Industrial Development Zone， core members will be recommended on a priority basis to apply for high－level talent recognition and related talent programs of the Autonomous Region and Nanning City， enjoying talent subsidies， housing support， and innovation and entrepreneurship support policies in accordance with regulations. They may apply on a priority basis for residence in the talent apartments of the Nanning High－Tech Industrial Development Zone， and their children may receive priority placement in public primary and secondary schools and kindergartens in the zone。

（十）对进入决赛的项目，联合南宁市重点产业园区、链主企业、龙头企业及投资机构，组织开展不少于1场产业对接会、项目路演或企业实地考察活动，推动项目与区内企业开展技术合作、场景应用、供应链配套及市场拓展合作。

10. For projects advancing to the finals， in conjunction with key industrial parks， chain－owner enterprises， leading enterprises， and investment institutions in Nanning， no fewer than one industrial matchmaking meeting， project roadshow， or enterprise field visit will be organized， to promote cooperation between the projects and enterprises in the region in technology collaboration， scenario－based application， supply chain integration， and market expansion。
