一、总体安排

I. Overall Arrangements

赛事时间：2026年8月中旬至11月中下旬。

Competition period： mid－August to mid－to－late November 2026。

赛事地点：广西壮族自治区南宁市（初赛线上评审；决赛在南宁·中关村创新示范基地，地址：南宁市创新路23号）。

Competition venue： Nanning， Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region （the preliminary round will be reviewed online； the finals will be held at the Nanning · Zhongguancun Innovation Demonstration Base， No. 23 Chuangxin Road， Nanning）。

II. Competition Schedule

1. 项目报名：2026年8月15日至10月15日。在中国大陆境内注册的企业主体，登录中国创新创业大赛官网（www.cxcyds.com），点击“2026中国—东盟专业赛”统一注册报名，并按照相应目录填报；未在中国大陆境内注册的企业及未注册企业主体的团队，将完整报名材料以邮件形式发送至赛事组委会指定邮箱dongmeng_cxcyds＠163.com（邮件主题命名为“2026中国—东盟专业赛项目报名—参赛项目名称—联系人姓名”）。本赛事不向参赛团队收取任何费用。

1. Registration： August 15 – October 15， 2026. Enterprise entities registered in mainland China should log in to the official website of the China Innovation ＆ Entrepreneurship Competition （www.cxcyds.com）， click on “2026 China–ASEAN Specialized Competition” to complete unified registration， and fill in the required information under the corresponding category. Enterprises not registered in mainland China， and teams without a registered enterprise entity， should send their complete registration materials by email to the Organizing Committee’s designated email address： dongmeng_cxcyds＠163.com （email subject line： “2026 China–ASEAN Specialized Competition Project Registration – ［Project Name］ – ［Contact Person Name］”）. No fees will be charged to participating teams for this competition。

2. 资格审查：2026年10月15日至10月20日。赛事组委会按照参赛资质、专业方向，对报名项目进行资质和技术符合性审查，符合参赛条件且提交报名材料完整的项目获得参赛资格。

2. Qualification review： October 15 – October 20， 2026. The Organizing Committee will conduct qualification and technical compliance reviews of registered projects based on participant qualifications and professional orientation. Projects that meet the eligibility requirements and have submitted complete registration materials will be qualified to participate。

3. 初赛：2026年10月20日至10月31日。组织专家对参赛项目进行线上书面评审。企业组每个赛道分别评出5个项目、共15个项目进入决赛；团队组三个赛道共评出5个项目进入决赛。晋级名单经工信部火炬中心确认后在大赛官网公布。

3. Preliminary round： October 20 – October 31， 2026. Experts will be organized to conduct online written reviews of the participating projects. In the Enterprise Group， five （5） projects from each track — fifteen （15） in total — will be selected to advance to the finals； in the Team Group， five （5） projects across the three tracks will advance to the finals. The list of advancing projects will be published on the competition’s official website after confirmation by the MIIT Torch Center。

4. 决赛：2026年11月中下旬（具体日期以决赛通知为准）。决赛分新一代信息技术与人工智能、食药健康、新材料与新能源三个赛道，各赛道入围项目集中路演，企业组、团队组分别组织路演、分别评奖。采用“8＋7”现场路演答辩模式（8分钟路演陈述、7分钟专家提问答辩），路演材料须提供中英双语版本，路演人可自行选择中文或英文路演。每位评委独立打分，去掉一个最高分、一个最低分后取平均分作为最终得分，现场公布。

4. Finals： mid－to－late November 2026 （the exact date will be subject to the finals notice）. The finals are divided into three tracks： New－Generation Information Technology ＆ Artificial Intelligence； Food， Pharmaceutical ＆ Health； and New Materials ＆ New Energy. Shortlisted projects in each track will present in centralized roadshows， with the Enterprise Group and Team Group holding separate roadshows and being evaluated separately. An “8＋7” on－site roadshow and Q＆A format will be adopted （8 minutes of presentation followed by 7 minutes of expert Q＆A）. Roadshow materials must be provided in both Chinese and English； presenters may choose to present in either Chinese or English. Each judge will score independently； after discarding the highest and lowest scores， the average of the remaining scores will be taken as the final score and announced on site。

1. 企业组：技术和产品（30％）、商业模式及市场前景（25％）、团队实力（20％）、中国—东盟合作潜力与落地性（25％）。

（1） Enterprise Group： Technology and product （30％）； business model and market prospects （25％）； team strength （20％）； China–ASEAN cooperation potential and feasibility of implementation （25％）。

2. 团队组：技术和产品（30％）、转化潜力与落地性（25％）、团队实力（15％）、中国—东盟合作潜力（30％）。

（2） Team Group： Technology and product （30％）； commercialization potential and feasibility of implementation （25％）； team strength （15％）； China–ASEAN cooperation potential （30％）。

企业组、团队组分设评审序列，评委将在上述维度框架下，根据参赛主体属性对各项权重予以适当调整，具体调整方案由赛事组委会在赛前评审说明会上确认。

The Enterprise Group and Team Group will be evaluated in separate sequences. Within the above dimensional framework， judges may appropriately adjust the weight of each item according to the attributes of the participants； the specific adjustment plan will be confirmed by the Organizing Committee at the pre－competition evaluation briefing。

由技术专家、投资人、东盟国家科技创新领域专家组成，评审不少于5人，其中至少1名东盟籍或具备东盟产业背景的专家。

The evaluation panel will consist of technical experts， investors， and experts in science and technology innovation from ASEAN countries， with no fewer than five （5） judges， including at least one （1） expert of ASEAN nationality or with an ASEAN industry background。

评审专家与参赛项目存在利益关联的，须主动回避。

Any judge who has a conflict of interest with a participating project must proactively recuse themselves。

四、奖项设置

IV. Award Structure

（一）企业组内三个赛道分别决出一、二、三等奖各1名，优秀奖各2名，共15个获奖项目。

1. In the Enterprise Group， each of the three tracks will award one first prize， one second prize， one third prize， and two Excellence Awards， for a total of fifteen （15） winning projects。

（二）团队组不分赛道，决出一、二、三等奖各1名，优秀奖2名，共5个获奖项目。

2. In the Team Group， without track divisions， one first prize， one second prize， one third prize， and two Excellence Awards will be awarded， for a total of five （5） winning projects。

（三）所有奖项现场颁奖，获奖名单经工信部火炬中心确认后在大赛官方网站公布。

3. All awards will be presented on site. The list of winners will be published on the competition’s official website after confirmation by the MIIT Torch Center。
